Phone screen, online assessment, 4 person interview. One interviewer cancelled and had someone else jump in. Surprisingly that lady was the best prepared. The last interviewer mentioned having to drop off because they had a 1:1 with their CEO and asked me directly what I currently made. When I mentioned ballpark numbers, her response was one of disbelief. Regardless of whether it was a contractor or another E level, I do believe the interviewer should have been respectful of my time or tried to at least find another last minute replacement. Overall, seems like a decent company but need buttoning up in a few categories that showed in the interview which matches with some of the negative reviews.
