Pretty weird process. Recruiter asked a bunch of questions and then said I’d need to take a Wonderlic test to prove I was smart enough to work there. Um, ok. Rest of the process was interview with the hiring manager and then put together a presentation about a scenario to “show us how you think.” In other words, give us some free consulting. No thanks. After reading some recent employee reviews it looks like I dodged a bullet.
