Applied a week prior to receiving communication from a recruiter. He asks to provide availability. After providing possible times he disappears for 3 days and then asks for a new availability. I provide the next 2 days of availability and the next day I got an email stating I am no longer being considered for this position and that the employer has decided to move on with more qualified prospect. The recruiter was unprofessional in communication and providing fair chance to interview me. It seems the other poor interview ratings seem accurate about this company.
