The interview consisted of meeting for about 30 minutes each with three different people for individual interviews. Each offered different perspectives on the company and its culture. They had scripted questions they were required to ask. The standard interview questions so it was easy overall.

Long process, consisted of four parts. 1. Call with recruiter, basic questions followed by the Wonderlic. 2. Then call with your manager (my "manager" wasn't available so I had it with a member of the team) which was recorded-- needed to create and present a small presentation, nothing complicated. Light interview with simple questions about yourself. Opportunity to ask questions. 3. Call with Manager-- little more detailed questions but nothing out of the ordinary. Followed by a writing assignment on why ID/me excites you and why you are a good fit (one page) 4. Final interview panel-- 4 interviewees, 30 minutes each back to back, harder more specific questions-- 5 questions each. Definitely prepare.
