Interviews were pretty casual. They felt more like a conversation than they did a question and answer format. Take your time with the technical assessment. Communicate like a scientist (which is one of their values). It says to keep it to 1-2 paragraphs for each scenario. So following that I think I shot myself in the foot. Be detailed and make sure you elaborate or explain as best you can. I’m sure had I done this the first time around I may have gotten an offer.
