Recruiter reached out to me on Linkedin for a specific role. They seem a little rushed around their process. I mentioned i would be interested in another role and the recruiter did not seem to have an interest in discussing that. Seemed strange. Recruiter, Wonderlic assessment, technical discussion, coding test. given a specific problem write code in your preferred language., then other interviews. I found it funny that the role I was looking at was a hands off code, but yet I was still asked to do a coding test. Seems like they are growing fast and a little unorganized.
