      Senior Technical Project Manager Interview

      Jan 4, 2024
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at ID.me in Nov 2023

      Interview

Overall interview process was long and disorganized. Scheduling was painful and interviewers asked the same or similar basic questions over multiple rounds of interviews. The recruiter was communicative initially but strangely ghosted and became non responsive toward the end of the process. They require a 3 question take home assessment that asks the same questions you have already been asked and will continue to get asked in all the other interviews. I will say that for the most part the interviewers I talked to were nice and seemed like they were doing their best. The overall impression I got from this company was one of disorganization, lack of follow up, lack of diversity and general lack of leadership and direction. My experience echos other reviews I've read and carries through to the reviews from actual employees of the company. If you decide to interview here you can put forth minimal effort on prep and the take home. Don't bother reviewing the culture deck. I never comes up and they appear misaligned to the values therein. Interviews 1. Intro call/phone screen with a recruiter (20 minutes) 2. Video call manager (45 minutes) 2a. Take Home Assessment 3. Video call manager (30 minutes) 4. Video call peer (30 minutes) 5. Video call manager (30 minutes)
