Hiring Manager reached out directly on LinkedIn about the role and how I'd be a good fit. I went through the formal process and had to speak to the recruiter first before I could formally interview with the hiring manager. The recruiter was nice and knew a lot about the company, but didn't know too much about the role. I was scheduled to interview with the hiring manager the very next day and turns out the info I was given by the recruiter didn't align with what the hiring manager said. The hiring manager also wasn't very friendly and a few minutes into our convo, I knew our personalities weren't a great fit if we were to work together. She also seemed to be in a hurry throughout the interview and I felt rushed. When the interview was wrapping up, she quickly hung up before I could say goodbye. Overall, didn't seem to get a friendly vibe and it seemed she was just looking to fill the role and didn't care that I cared about growth and innovation. Her responses to my questions were also pretty short and not very helpful. I wouldn't recommend applying if you're looking to be at a company to be at for a few years.
