Interview
The interview process was what I would have expected for the role. I don't think it was necessarily overly tough or lengthy, though I do think it was thorough. I talked with a variety of folks from around the organization, had an opportunity to ask questions and understand the culture, and I enjoyed my conversations with leadership. All in all, I think it was a well done interview process.

Interview
Recruiter Scan & short interview, Hiring manager, Written exercise, 3 people panel ( peer, designer and engineering) and hiring mngr again. All interview were behavior type ones, related to the company values , except the written use case which was specific to the product.
On the peers pannel, each peer had a value assigne, so they asked 2 behavior related to this value and one q related to the working relation between the PM and their discipline.

Interview
Hiring manager interview was done at his kids school, in the back of a classroom during some parents event. Voice/audio was laggy and there was constant noise. Super unprofessional and distracting.
Feel like I dodged a bullet here. Hiring manager could have just rescheduled but decided to take the call on his phone, at his kid's school lol.
