Pretty typical interview process it seems nowadays. Couple of phone screens, followed by the obligatory sales presentation. Three people were supposed to attend the presentation, but only one showed up.

Not very structured, seemed unclear what they wanted in the role. Seems as if the CEO makes all the decisions. The interview with the psychologist was strange and didn't make me want to join this company

Describe your sales process - what methods do you use to open doors?
I had 8 interviews there with various people who didn't know the interview process. That Wonderlic is awful. They didn't give any feedback. Frustrating process and feels very cold. I wouldn't want to work there after that process.
