Interview
Submitted on-line application. Afterwards, I was required to video record my responses to three questions via the camera on my computer. Soon after submitting the application and video, I received a congratulatory email and instructions on to proceed to the next phase.
The interview begins with an online application, followed by an assignment in which you must discuss and analyze your previous data as a teacher. After you have a virtual interview that consists of five premade questions that you just record yourself. Lastly, you will be invited for an in person meeting, which will consist of a panel with eight questions followed by a class observation in which you will provide feedback.
