Interview
It was rather long. Aside from the video and phone interview the final interview was intense. I was given 2 days to create a presentation over data and an action plan. Once I arrived at the interview it took about 2 hours. The first 30 minutes was a panel interview. The next portion was the data presentation and questions. The last portion was a coaching role play activity. Basically I watched a video and then provided feedback. Then there was role playing (coaching).

Followed the questions I found online. They were courteous and straightforward. They provided appropriate wait time for thinking and probing questions that provided them with information about you, but you with their methodologies and expectations.

After I applied, they asked me to do a video interview with just myself. The questions felt generic and not very specific to the position. I'm not sure if I bombed it and I'm out, or if they're taking their time. This position isn't until Fall 2021, and so they're starting early???

Something about how I embody the mission of IDEA, whether I understood that the position was face to face, describe a time when you had a negative impact on a colleague. They gave me prep time to think of an answer, so I think I did well, but who knows???
