1st it was a one way interview that was submitted. Then I had a virtual interview with the principals that lasted about 30 minutes. Then they let me know what the next steps would be.

Virtual video at 7 am. Both Principals did the interviewing. It was very much a good cop bad cop interview. I felt they were trying to see if a person could handle to different personalities. They did not work well together. The interview was messy and they were not prepared. I was then invited to shadow and was pressured to fined a con about the job by end of day. The people at the school were great but it needed better leadership and I felt the stress of the woman I was shadowing.
