The interview was made online. Every question was already set up for you, you have time to listen to the question, then to prepare your answer and lastly, they'll give you 2-3 minutes to record your answer.

Very straightforward. It begins with a standard job application. Once credentials are reviewed they will let you know if they wish to move to in person interviews. The in-person interview was one of the best interviews I’ve had. The atmosphere was homey and encouraging. The questions asked were straight-forward and I was able to answer without feeling pressed for time. It was very relaxing. Just from interviewing it was made apparent to me that the supporting staff was fully invested in my growth as an educator.
