Question 1
Why are you interested in working at IDEA? How do you embody IDEA's mission in your work?
We believe that self-awareness is one of the strongest predictors of overall success. With that in mind, tell us about a time you used self-awareness to realize you had a negative impact on a colleague.
At IDEA, we expect our students to achieve ambitious goals. In order to do that, every staff member at IDEA is held to the same expectation. Please tell us about a specific goal. What steps did you take in working towards the goal? What was the result? What lessons did you learn?

Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Have you ever worked with children, how would you help your lead
They call you for a short interview then to set up a video interview. They ask you about 3-4 questions then you have about a minute to respond. Then, a recruiting manager calls you to set up an interview with the principal. After you interview with the principal, they set you up for a mock teach. They give you 10-15 minutes to teach. You come up with your own lesson (sometimes). Depending on the position you want. It's a long process. It feels a bit repetitive too and the waiting game sucks.

I can't remember all the questions but mainly like "how do you handle stress."
