They had me create 3 presentations, review a college essay, and create a yearlong lesson plan in the span of 3 days, but took 3 weeks to follow up about next steps.
I was given a days notice to interview, which was cancelled the morning of and the recruiter went on vacation two days later without any follow up communication.
I’ve heard great things about the school, but the interview process made me wary of how I would be treated as an employee after being onboard, so I opted to withdraw my candidacy.
Too many red flags in the beginning.
I had two interviews (One was a phone screening and one was a panel interview). Pretty average questions plus one student/counselor scenario. After, they asked me questions regarding a data pre-interview assignment.
