very easy and straightforward, I went in and had a 30-45 min interview. They were very friendly and nice. They gave me a tour of the school and let me meet the kids to make sure they took a liking to me and that I took a liking to them.

I applied in March and after submitting my video my application was put on hold for a couple of weeks until I got an interview late April. I was interviewed by a panel of four people. One being the principal assistant principal and the other two were facilitatators. I was asked asked questions by each person and then I was asked to do a direct instruction lesson that was provided to me prior to the interview. Interview lasted about 30-45 min it was very quick. I was told they’d call me if I was getting the job. I was called five days later asking if I wanted the position. Overall the process took about 8 weeks for me.
