After applying monthly to different openings finally got a call from recruiter and first interview went well. Immediately was schedule for next interview with hiring manager through zoom video. Interview with hiring manager was the most worst and unprofessional I have ever experienced. Said he was not available for zoom and that it would only be over the phone. I was muted and felt I was talking to myself the whole time. I asked a few times if he was still there or if he could repeat the questions as background noise was terrible (dogs and kids). Of course I did not get the job because of a bad interview. Clearly I had more experience than the hiring manager who had no clue of what he wanted to do with his financial analytical department. He described the position as handling data accesses which was very different than the job description.
