Interview
The interview process was pretty straightforward and overall short. I was interviewed and by the next day I received an email with an offer as they said they would. I received an email from the principal and scheduled an interview directly with her. I was offered the job, but apparently they have a two day response after you get the position which I was not made aware of. After accepting the offer for days after it was made I was told that it was offered to someone else due to the delay in my response.

What would you do if you heard another teacher gossip about another student?
Interviewed with them as an out of state teacher, and was asked to drive multiple hours one way to have an in person interview on campus. Interview itself went well, but clear they were hoping for someone with more experience. Left and they ghosted me entirely.

Interview
Initially did a virtual interview where you can prerecord your answers, with about 3 tries each. Then move on to an in person interview where you will be asked to prepare and present a lesson plan of your own.
