I was an after school program facilitator, and when the position was available, the position was offered to me. For the after school program, it is required that you pass the background check, and you have a valid Texas ID identification, as well as a High school Diploma. For the Manager position, the same qualities are required. Since I was an employee, and had experience in the classroom, the position was offered to me.
