Interview
Telephone interview alone was the deciding factor not to continue with the company. 3 questions in I was falling asleep and knew this wasn't worth my time. They ask the same cookie-cutter, boring questions that you would expect from a company that doesn't know what they're doing. I couldn't see myself working for someone like this, so I let them know I was no longer interested and stopped the process right then and there. Reviews for this company were good, but it wasn't the right fit for me!
