I applied online. I interviewed at IDEXX Laboratories (Kornwestheim) in Jun 2023
Interview

Question 1
Ich sollte mich vorstellen einfach und meine erfahrung aus dem Studium erklären.
1 HR interview and 1 manager interview, they were going to do another one with another manager. the managers i have spoke to were literally wearing pyjamas, turning their cameras off in the middle of the conversation out of nowhere. Their job description on posting was not matching with the job they were offering in the interview. Also, they do not let you know after the interview if they are going to continue with you or not. I found it out after 20 days with my own efforts. I’m glad that i was not offered, decided that i didn’t wanted to work with them after seeing how unprofessional the managers were. Worst interview experience of my life, totally a waste of time.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at IDEXX Laboratories (Westbrook, ME) in Mar 2024
Interview
The process was very organized and timely. It started with a phone screening and then 2 panel interviews. The screening was more challenging than the final round interview. The recruiter was very friendly and easy to work with.
