A 20-minute interview with a non-manager and I was hired as a full-time temporary IDEXX employee (no temp agency). I worked for about 19 months as a full-time IDEXX employee without benefits before I was made a benefited "real" employee.

The person who interviewed me didn't ask many questions. I think I was hired because I referred by someone to someone who worked there. I wonder if the department manager has ever seen my resume. Not a desirable or respectful process.
