I applied online. I interviewed at IDEXX Laboratories in Jul 2016
Interview
Received simple behavioral interview via phone. Recruiter informed next step was they would schedule a face-to-face and fly me to Westbrook, ME. They gave me the run around and over time ignored emails and calls.
I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at IDEXX Laboratories (Westbrook, ME) in Jun 2019
Interview
I had two interviews. They were scheduled a few days apart, each interview was with 3 people. Each person was able to ask me as many questions as they preferred. It seemed like they already knew who would be asking me the difficult questions and who would ask the "easy" questions. They asked questions based on what I do now, as I am a contract worker for IDEXX. They are not afraid to grill you or make you uncomfortable, just keep your cool. You know what you know, and don't know what you don't know. It's that simple. Be honest about who you are. They may ask questions that they already know the answer to and want to see how you react. Be prepared to answer analytical questions.
I had to take a Chemistry quiz and do data analysis.
Overall the process has taken about a month.
