Had a first interview with the recruiter which was very unprofessional, she addressed questions that where irrelevant for the function. Next to this she wasn't able to explain the culture or organisation very well as she explained she was just a contractor with the company. Pity to see that a company like IDEXX is being representative by recruiters that can't explain the unique selling points off the organisation. Not really impressed with the skills of the interviews during this process, based on this experience I wouldn't apply again with the company even i have several acquaintances with the company.
