I applied for the job online in August 2021. A few days later I was contacted by HR to schedule a 30 min. phone call interview. Two days after I was contacted by HR to schedule an interview with the manager in line (Team Lead Technical Support) + 2 people working as technical customer support specialists for job shadowing. The interview went well and the day after I had the last interview with the Supervisor Technical Support South Europe.
One or two days after the last interview I got a job offer.
Overall the experience was positive. It seems to be a friendly environment and everybody was really kind and professional at the same time.
I did not accept the job offer because of a weird (according to my opinion) clause in the contract regarding a (monetary) penalty on performance of duties. They said that it was a standard contract, perfectly normal in the Netherlands but I did not want to take the risk.
