Interview
It's insane. First the manager does a very formal interview and if you pass, you get a second interview. What they don't tell you is that it's a personality interview with a team of 14 coming in one at a time. I wish I knew it'd last over 2 hours with wach staff asking me about my hobbies and personal life.

I applied online. I interviewed at IDEXX Laboratories (West Sacramento, CA) in Jun 2017
Interview
It was an over the phone interview, followed by an in person interview. The lady interviewing me was extremely nice and the interview process wasn't difficult. I was not prepared and felt a bit awkward answering the questions over the phone but it seems I answered them well enough to land an in person interview.
