It was a 3 step interview process. One by phone, one by ft (due to covid) and one in person.
It was well organised and an enjoyable experience.
Interviewer were friendly and professional.

Interview
First, I applied for the position online and had a brief phone conversation with a recruiter. After passing that, I had an in-person interview with the hiring manager and possibly other lab team members. During the interview, I was asked about my experience with laboratory equipment and how I handle unexpected test results. I also had to take a skills test.

Interview
I applied for a temporary position, and when I had my first phone interview with HR, they actually suggested to me to interview with the General lab for a full-time position. I agreed and within a few days, I was interviewing with them lab supervisor. It was very quick and everyone was very nice.
