It was casual over the phone and a positive experience. The recruiting lady was kind and helpful. I did not receive a job offer, but I was placed on the talent list.
Eerst een screening call over de rol en de arbeidsvoorwaarden. Dan 2 rondes waarbij men een multipanelinterview doet (online), waarna je hoort van de recruiter of je aangenomen wordt. Het proces is best rechttoe rechtaan en duurt ongeveer een maand van begin (call) tot eind (offer).

Easy going and at ease. Got asked my job history and presented one of their instruments after having studied a short description of their instrument. It was nice and and it was professional.
