I got an in-person interview through a recruiter. When I reached the office, I had to check in with the front desk first. Then the manager came out and took me to the interview room. The office setting was in cubical style with high walls. It's hard to see and interact with other co-workers unless you stand next to them. The interview process went about 40 minutes.
