Process was inexplicably drug out over more than 3 months. I'd written them off after a few weeks, but they kept calling me back, then left me hanging again. What was so unexpected is that I was asked almost no questions at all. I felt my interviewers were trying to sell the organization to me because they did most of the talking. At times I couldn't get a word in edgewise.
