I was approached by the company's HR to interview for a cyber security position. I went through two rounds of interviews; one with HR and one with the hiring manager. Both of the interviews were fairly easy, however it was a little odd as the hiring manager did it from their couch with what looks like their phone as the hiring manager's face was way too close to the camera. In any regards, I'm disappointed with the company's HR for never properly rounding off the candidacy process. They ghosted me and never even replied to my follow up email; yet they were the ones who approached me.
