When in to the security desk and asked to speak with the production supervisor. The supervisor came and got me and took me into a room where i was asked simple interview questions. Interview lasted about 20 mins.

Some behavioral interview questions. Questions about personality, work experience, and diversity. They prefer to hire young inexperienced people so they can keep labor cost down. They also prefer people who speak Spanish. No direct hiring, you always have to go through a temp agency so expect even lower pay for at least 6 months until you get hired full time.
