I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at IFF (Union Beach, NJ) in Mar 2022
Interview
First round is phone interview from HR, around 20min. Second round is hiring manager video interview, around 1 hour. Third round is on site interview, around 6 hours, including lunch
The interview process was good. I had one hour interview with the team lead. She was very friendly and explained to me pretty about the role. We mainly discussed about scientific questions, and she also gave some previews about the future of the role.
The communication was good and smooth. Interview questions asked during the meeting were not very difficult to answer (basically about your research experience). I found the interview process very enjoyable.
