First, 15 minute phone screen. Second, virtual interview with lab manager. Approximately 30 minutes. Lab manager described position, the company, the team, and the products I would be working with. Also described the responsbilities I would have. Then proceeded to ask questions. Felt like a conversation with a couple of questions thrown in.

Interviewed with 2 people, asked questions more personable I guess to see who you are as a person. Not sure why that would matter since it is a lab job not out working with the public. Told me the job is so hands on some people have developed carpal tunnel.
