The HR called and scheduled the interview. The had urgent opening so they were looking for people who can join in 10-15 days max. Since I was serving notice period in my current company and had offer in hand, I thought of attending the interview for counter offer. It took 2 days, 1 telephonic technical round and 1 managerial round. Manager's feedback after the interview was that I am absolutely suitable for the position they have and was interested in how soon can I join. HR round was suppose to happen the same day which dint happen. Later the HR called me only to tell me that they cant offer good compensation which she agreed to offer before the interview.
