Interview
3 long rounds. First round was telephonic from Mumbai and it lasted an hour asked so many questions on Testing and test lead position. Also asked few finanace related ques.
SEcond round was an hour long skype interview with the Director, mostly QA management questions.
Third and final round was the client round which lasted an hour, mostly on QA technical and people management skills.

-What is Test Plan, what is the most important componenet of a test plan.
- What kind of risks did you face in your earlier project and how did you mitigate them
- What is variable annuity.
- What is Test Strategy.
