Had to create a 15 minute presentation for the first interview which was a 3 panel interview. Interviewers were nice and interview was relaxed and pretty informal. Questions were not focusing on technical ability as much as general questions. Very disappointing that you take the time to attend an interview and spend time preparing a presentation and then get zero communication following the interview, not even a simple email to say you are unsuccessful - very rude and unprofessional.
