very straight forward and informative and questions that center around working in a call center and job related questions. came in toured the call center seems like a very friendly and active place to work filled with diverse group of people who are eager to start the day... this is solely based on one day of a walk through.. after leaving i was told i'd receive an email after 48 hours i have yet to receive my email and when i call back up i keep getting the answering the machine with no call backs... i was also told that i start training next month but with no more information or context i guess i will have to find everything else out when i go back up there.

Interview went well however it became apparent that they already had someone lined up for the job so I did not receive an offer, I would have wanted to work there so not really impressed. I do like IHG as a brand though and would want to work there in the future

Interviewer I had for a day time interview was very nice, initial interviews were the commonly asked ones. For my second interview, the interviewer was a bit sassy but either way that's how it goes. She asked me situational questions, reactions and what I would say, experiences from previous jobs and such. Finally we had a mock call and she gave me feedback.

Lots of questions related to Sales, reservations and troubleshooting.
They gave me a scenario for a hotel booking on Feb 14 for a couple and the guest requesting to have the best offer and room and many others scenario to see if you pay attention to details, how to make a deal and close the sales etc
