Had a call with an HR screener for a role I applied for. We confirmed a time, and about 15 minutes after the time I still had not heard from the HR screener (She was meant to call me). Finally I got an email excusing the absence and we rescheduled for the following day. When she did call, it was a 2-3 minutes late. I gave the normal answers about my background for the role, before she spent more than 15 minutes unbroken speaking about how much she loved the company. More than half the call was the screener telling me how great the company was. About 2 weeks later I heard back informing me they would not be advancing me in the role.
