IKEA Forklift Operator interview questions

The interview was good a lot of question was as like 4 or 2 will be hard for me to get up in the morning do I have transportation how to deal with problems and how to deal with the issue dealing with another employee and I told down I will try to talk it out with that person if not I will get a manager and have it dissolve when I'm standing right in front of the person so we can move on and get the task or the job done another question was asked about getting the job done fast or done right and I did answer that question as well I am I will try to make sure that the job is getting done as fast as I can but as doing it the right way and she asked another question what was important to finish the job or open the store for the customers and I also pick the customers comes first so the store what has to be open and we are just have to get back to the warehouse when we can to get the job done

The interview process it was pretty fare i had to register online for the job fair and I had to sit and wait for an interview.I waited about an hour for the interview .It was about an half an hour an then it was over i waited a couple of days an got an email sayin the was offering me the job.
