A recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn requesting an interview as my profile matched their requirements . I booked an interview using their schedule link. However I did not receive a confirmation email for first appointment or an actual phone call. Well perhaps I made a mistake, let me reschedule. This company/individual has reached out to me, obviously something has attracted them to my profile and the job opportunity looks fantastic, try again. Within the next work day I do receive a confirmation email so I am excited to get the ball rolling. However the recruiter never called. Unfortunate and unprofessional. I would not recommend a job here to anyone. The lack of consideration shown to me lets me know this company does not treat their employees well.
