The interview was quite relaxed. The interview consisted of a few sections; customer services, IKEA values, cost conciousness and one other secton. They offered me a job right after I had spoken to the line manager.

Interview
It was an exclusive interview with people invited from two colleges. The number of applicants was over 25. We had basic introductions, a GD and an interview afterwards. My interviewers were polite though same was not the case for other people.
