I was contacted via email the day after submitting my application, did 1 phone interview with the recruiter. Pretty standardized questions for retail about customer service and managing teams. She gave me the IKEA values information to read through to help with my in person which was scheduled almost immediately. Spent an hour at the store with the person who would be my direct manager. Questions were behavior based from an interview guide and definitely hit on the core IKEA values information I was sent. Was contacted the next day for a third interview with the store manager which happened the following day. Similar outline with questions, he dug in a bit more with his own set of questions. Because of the holiday weekend that was approaching I waited a bit over a week for an offer to come. All and all one of the best and challenging(which I enjoy) interview processes I've gone through.
