Interview
First stage: Online application -> CV submission and then optional question, if you don't answer the optional questions you are less likely to get hired!
Second stage: Video interview -> Done through HireVue, very enjoyable experience with standard interview Q's like strength & weaknesses
Third Stage: Assessment Day -> Roughly 3-4 hours long. One on One interview, then a presentation which you will have prepared before hand, followed by a group exercise.
Fourth Stage: Trial shift -> To test how you work on the store floor, likely to get job if you've reached this stage.
The interview went very well. Kara was very informative on what is expected of me. Job duties learning on different things. Different equipment explained benefits. I'm looking forward to being an I.Key employee
