It was ok, just normal behavioral questions and questions about challenges I faced. Overall ok and what was expected. There was first round of phone interview with the HR, and then 2nd round with another HR and the Manager that I would have reported to.

Applied online. They got back to me after a few days. Interview was with the supervisor of the department. Easy interview- just your basic "tell me about yourself" and "why do you want to work for IKEA" questions. Interview lasted around 15 - 20 minutes.

Pretty simple and comfortable to do. Definitely more informative as well. I enjoyed the people i conversed with too, they were so attentive and polite. All in all Ikea has some of the best mannered workers I've met.
