I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at IKEA
Interview
Applied online, got an email requesting a phone interview, then went to the store to have a one on one interview. The in person interview was very chill, the interviewer was welcoming and made me feel very relaxed. It was like we just had a 30min conversation, it didn't feel like some stressful job interview. I was asked normal interview questions like what's my availability, "tell me about yourself", why do you want to work here, etc. I was also asked things like what makes a good manager/coworker, what should people expect from you, what should you expect from them.
I applied online. I interviewed at IKEA (Seattle, WA) in May 2021

The interview process consisted to a phone interview and in-person interview afterwards. The recruiter made the whole process very easy and quick. I got scheduled for my in-person interview about 48 hours after my phone interview. My interviewer was really nice and relax. After a day, I was offered the job.
