Email to schedule an interview followed by an interview via zoom. Questions asked are very basic, & they send you an apology for not being selected for interview with hiring manager? Seriously? Talent acquisition with no experience in Marketing, can judge a candidate with 12 years of experience, based on few basic questions in half an hour interview, not even behavioral questions?

Mi entrevista en IKEA fue una experiencia muy positiva y cercana. Desde el inicio me sentí cómodo, ya que el ambiente era cordial y abierto. Me hicieron preguntas sobre mi experiencia en marketing, gestión de proyectos y análisis, además de profundizar en mi manera de trabajar en equipo y adaptarme a diferentes situaciones. También valoraron mucho mi visión creativa y analítica, así como mi interés por la sostenibilidad, un aspecto clave en la cultura de la empresa. La conversación fluyó de forma natural, combinando profesionalidad con un trato humano que me permitió mostrar mi personalidad y mis motivaciones.
