Interview
This was a phone screening interview. The interviewer was prompt, polite, and transparent about the hours, benefits, etc. The wage range was listed between $18-28 per hour but I was told that as a new hire I would only be getting $21 per hour. That's way lower than what I'm looking for so we ended the interview.

Q: Tell us about our prior experience with in-store signage
One phone interview with recruiter to weed out based on pay rate, then in person interview at store with management, then told there would be another round of interviews whenever the store manager returned from vacation.
The call was very friendly and relaxed. The recruiter talked mostly about the position itself and then asked a few questions about previous experience to determine how many eligible years of experience I had.
