After my application, I was invited for a phone interview within two weeks. The interview was during the pandemic. The interviewer sounded very good. I took the call right from my home and was excited and was hoping for a favorable wit outcome.
Two interviews: one with HR to check if your values align with theirs, and a second one with the hiring manager. Both included typical interview questions, but the one with the hiring manager asked more questions on how you are at work and whether you fit the criteria of what they're looking for.
